SCP 2003 (Tech Demo)

This is NOT a full game. I made this for fun, to test out some ideas, see how SCPs would work in a top-down environment, and test RPG Makers 2003's coding capabilities. If you think I should add anything, feel free to leave any suggestions in the comments.
